Pinn Pak Hydraulic Set Open Hole Packer



Purpose designed for open hole applications, the Pinn Pak Hydraulic Open Hole Packer is a single element, high performance packer, that is part of the PINN POINT Multi-Stage Stimulation System. During formation treatments, it provides secure, reliable, high pressure annular isolation. To achieve redundant, independent annular isolation sealing points, the modular design of the Pinn Pak Hydraulic Set Open Hole Packer allows for more packers to be stacked within a given zone. Ease of handling and rig floor make up, liner string flexibility and trouble free deployment into more difficult well profiles, are some of the advantages of this extremely compact design.

The Pinn Pak is set by applying pressure to the tubing string and has a one piece mandrel that reduces leak paths and allows torquing through during makeup. The fully secured, high performance packing element system withstands extreme differential pressure cycles when set and resists swab-off. All components of the Pinn Pak II are locked to prevent premature setting during installation.The slim body design of 146.05 mm (5.75) is rated for use at 152.4 mm to 165.1 mm (6 to 6.5) open hole at full 69,000 kPa (10,000 psi) differential pressure. Available in a wide variety of materials and thread connections.
