PC Expansion Joint

Description

The PC Expansion Joint is designed for use in single or dual string completions to allow for pipe contraction and expansion, due to the effects of temperature or pressure. This Expansion Joint is keyed through out the entire length of the stroke to allow for the transmission of torque through the joint. Expansion joints come standard with a 3m (10 ft) stroke and may be shear pinned through out their full stroke at one foot intervals.

Both the PC and PE Expansion Joints are available with several different seal materials to suit almost any application. As standard these Expansion Joints are manufactured from alloy steel, in accordance with NACE specification MR-01-75 for H2S service. Expansion Joints are also available in a variety of materials upon request. A.P.I. EUE tubing connections are standard on the PC and PE Expansion Joints with all common tubing connections available if ordered in advance.
