Standard

Alloy Steel quenched and tempered to a maximum allowable hardness of 22 Rc hardness in accordance with NACE Standard MR-01-75 for H2S service.

High Strength

Alloy Steel quenched and tempered from 32 to 36 Rc hardness for use in high pressure, high tensile load applications. Not suitable for use in H2S environments. Available on advance order.

9Cr 1 Mo

9 Cr 1 Mo Alloy Steel quenched and tempered to a maximum allowable hardness of 22 Rc hardness in accordance with NACE Standard MR-01-75 for H2S service. Used in wellbores that contain H2S and CO2.

13 Cr 1 Mo

13 Cr 1 Mo Alloy Steel quenched and tempered to a maximum allowable hardness of 22 Rc hardness in accordance with NACE Standard MR-01-75 for H2S service. Used in wellbores that contain a high percentage of H2S and CO2.

High Alloy

Pinnacle Seal Assemblies are available in several grades of stainless steel and also higher alloys such as Incoloy 925. Used primarily in severely corrosive environments. (Available on advance order only)
