Tri Lug Anchor Seal Assembly

Description

The Tri Lug Anchor Seal Assembly is composed of a high performance purpose built seal receptacle and tri lug seal assembly designed to work in conjunction with the “PINN POINT” Multi-Stage Stimulation System. The Tri Lug Anchor Seal Assembly is designed to transmit torque while the string is in compression or tension. It can be used as both the liner running tool and tie-back anchor sealing point.

When releasing the Tri Lug Seal Assembly slight compression is needed followed by a minimum of a third of a turn to the right at the tool. To reconnect, simply lower the string to automatically “J” into the liner packer seal receptacle. The Tri Lug Anchor Seal Assembly uses chevron type or bonded seals providing reliable high pressure sealing even after repeated sting ins and disconnects. The Tri Lug Anchor Seal Assembly can also be shear pinned to prevent a premature disconnect from the tool string and is rated at 69,000 kPa (10,000 psi) differential pressure. A wide variety of materials and elastomers are available for the Tri Lug Anchor Seal Assembly to suit any condition.
